To help you in your projects, FSAA offers two laboratories on the cutting edge of technology.
The Food Technology Laboratory offers researchers and private companies a wide range of food processing equipment to test thermal, separation, concentration, drying and fermentation processes. Processing equipment for milk, meat and vegetable products is available to laboratory users to develop new products, purify molecules of interest or test innovative processes.
The Sensory Analysis Laboratory welcomes you for tasting sessions in its 17 individual cubicles. The experimental kitchen provides a place for you to easily prepare samples to present to your judges.
