New Cookbook for Athletes is Launched

A renowned chef and athlete-researcher in nutrition team up!
Benoît Lamarche—a professor and researcher at the School of Nutrition at Université Laval, INAF member and former Olympic athlete—has partnered with the celebrated chef Jean Soulard to develop a cookbook full of gourmet delights for athletes. The cookbook, written in French, is entitled Le Soulard des sportifs.
Combining theory and practice, Lamarche offers his own nutritional advice for sport performance and recovery, while Soulard proposes more than 100 tantalizing and original recipes to meet the specific needs of hungry athletes.
Le Soulard des sportifs is published by Éditions La Presse and is available for purchase in most bookstores.
