While you may have successfully completed the certificate program courses, you might not meet the admission conditions for the bachelor's degree program. However, the courses completed as part of your certificate can count toward your bachelor's degree if they are part of the relevant bachelor's degree program.
All of our distance learning courses are presented on an internet platform called the "course portal". For each of the courses in which you enrol, you will find all of the documents necessary for the class (course syllabus, class notes, lectures, etc.) and everything you need to know about evaluations.
No schedules are planned; you plan your schedule according to your availability. In addition, a teaching assistant is available to you throughout the session. If necessary, you can get in touch with the teaching assistant on the website for the course.
For information about deadlines for submitting your request for admission, we invite you to visit the Admissions section on the Université Laval website.
To find out the dates for each session and all other important dates, consult the University Calendar.
The cost per program session varies according to a range of criteria. You will find all information about enrolment costs in the Education Costs section on the Université Laval website.

Consult the section entitled "DEC-BAC Ententes et passerelles" on Université Laval's website to find out if an agreement exists for your Technical DEC program of study.

The Certificate in Horticulture and Green Space Management is for you if you work in the field or if you are interested in ornamental horticulture, vegetable and fruit production or green space management. The program aims to give you the tools to improve your work, allow you to innovate in your workplace and increase your employability.
Some course credits may be transferable. You can consult the equivalency catalogue on the Internet Capsule site. If your course is not listed, you can send your equivalency recognition request, by email, to your program director with a copy of your transcript and course syllabus.
Transfer credits are not accepted for microprograms.

However, if you have completed your primary, secondary or collegial studies in English, you are exempt from the placement test and you will be informed of the level reached.

Beyond this period, the program director may authorize an extension at the student's request. Students who neglect to make an extension request before the end of the above period may be dismissed from the program.
